It’s a free call. If it makes sense, I take a look at your computers and network. If it doesn’t, I’ll point you in the right direction. No obligation either way.

The listen

Tell me what’s going on, in your own words. While you talk, I’m already working through what could be causing it. Then I walk you through what I think is happening, what your options are, and what I’d do in your shoes, in plain words.

The look

I look at your computers and network. I work with both Windows and Mac computers. If you have a business email on your own domain and a website, I can also look at what is visible from the outside, including whether any logins have shown up in leaks. It takes anywhere from a few minutes to about an hour, depending on how many computers you have.
