WHO WE ARE
Why ITComp exists.
I have worked at call centers, HP, government agencies, and Geek Squad. Every place taught me something. But every place also had a cold side I never liked. The human always got left out. That bothered me enough to start ITComp. I do not see clients as tickets. I see them as people trusting me to figure it out with them.
HOW I WORK.
No scripts. No runaround. Just this.
This is how I approach every job, whether it is a home user with a slow computer or a business with a full network issue.
WHAT DRIVES ME.
This is not just a job.
I know what it feels like to need help and not feel heard.
That is what gets me out of bed. Not the technology. The people.
I explain everything before I leave. Not because it is policy. Because I want you to feel confident, not dependent.
I remember your setup. You should not have to re-explain your situation every time you call.
I follow through. If I said I will handle it, it is handled.
I treat every question like it matters. Because to you it does.
The People Behind ITComp.
Small team. Real people. You always know who you are dealing with.
Founder & Lead Engineer
I have spent 12 plus years working across call centers, HP Enterprise, managed service providers, government infrastructure, and Geek Squad. Every stop taught me something. The one thing I kept running into everywhere was that cold, transactional side of IT that never sat right with me. I started ITComp because I wanted to do it differently. No scripts, no runaround, no making people feel like a burden for asking a question. Just real help from someone who actually gives a damn.
Marketing & Client Experience
I spent over a decade at HP managing product lines and customer accounts. What I learned is that great service is not a department or a policy. It is the standard you hold yourself to every single day. That is what drew me to ITComp.
