Our website chat assistant and phone assistant (“NeuroComp”) are powered by ElevenLabs Conversational AI. When you interact with NeuroComp, you are interacting with AI, not a human.
Required Disclosure:
Conversations may be recorded and shared with ElevenLabs and its third-party large language model providers.
These communications may be used to provide the service, improve AI performance, train machine learning models, and comply with applicable law.
You must acknowledge this disclosure before you can access the AI assistant, either via a banner, interstitial message, or verbal notice.
Human Transfer Option: NeuroComp serves as the first point of contact for calls and website chats. However, if you request to speak with a human, NeuroComp is instructed to transfer the interaction to an ITComp representative through our phone system.
Your Choice: Use of the AI assistant is optional. If you prefer, you may contact us directly by phone or email instead of using NeuroComp.
