How a visit works

I come to you. I look at what is going on, tell you what I think is wrong and what I would do if it were my own computer, and you decide before I start. When it is fixed, I make sure you understand what happened, and I write down your setup so the next time I am not starting from zero.

If I can fix it without a visit, I send you a secure link, you click it, and I connect to your screen. Nothing stays installed unless you ask for it.

How much does it cost?

Every situation is different, so I do not quote a price before we talk. The first call is free, and I tell you what I find and what I would do before any work starts.

What if a repair does not make sense?

Before I touch your device, I tell you what is most likely going on. If a repair does not make sense, for example after liquid damage, I tell you so and you decide. If you want to go ahead anyway, I explain the risk first. Once I start working on it, that time is billable.

Do you work on Windows, Mac, and Linux?

Yes, all three.

Do you help in Spanish?
